A place I could call home…..
Pretty nice spot in New Mexico. Amazing sand but again very hot. Fun and soft sand to play In. Also close to the trinity site (site of the worlds first nuclear bomb detonation.)

Best cavern system I have even been in. Amazing formations, and enormous rooms. In the evening we had the pleasure of watching hundreds of thousands of bats leave the cave to feed. A great park and one my favorites, I will definitely return here as 3 cave tours was not enough.
The first of many things that were missed last year while the government decided to close all the parks. A nice range in the middle of the desert. Temperatures were much cooler here, happy to be away from the true desert. Hiked up the highest peak to 8749 ft, the highest point in Texas. Nice views but feeling ready to be surrounded by epic mountains. First comes some more caves though…..
Another great trip to Big Bend. Significantly hotter this time so no hiking this time. There are plenty of scenic drives in the park though. Itching to get north and enjoy some cooler air.
